Baseline DCF is a purpose-built calculation engine for commercial real estate. It does one job, does it correctly, and gets out of the way.

Baseline DCF exists in between: a real calculation engine with native logic for every CRE asset class, including the specialized ones, that outputs into a standard Excel workbook anyone can open.
It runs on your machine. Your models never touch our servers. The only thing that leaves your computer is a license check.
